So, I'm gonna go ahead and say THIS is why people shouldn't overly enhance images:
Cause we think we are getting Kylie Jenner.
Instead, we get this:
Not that this $899L face isn't gorgeous ... it IS! At a distance.
Up close, you can see the imperfections:
They eyebrows appear to be pasted from ... somewhere else. Hardly any blending here.
The PORES under the eyes ABRUPTLY stop above the cheekbones.
The lips also look pasted from else where onto this skin.
I'm looking less and less like the Kylie Jenner looking photo from above ... hell, even the AD itself:
This is the AD and the HUD (hence the eyebrow colors) which omits the flaws circled above.
In case you forgot:
Lord, them eyebrows, under eye and lips killing me and not in a good way.
But you know what?
I could have dealt with that.

All right, so here is the deal.
So after reading the creator, Dᴀᴠɪᴅ Cᴏᴏᴘᴇʀ's profile where he basically states he's too good to handle his business matters by writing: "I won't answer any NC/IM personally ... please drop a notecard to Melissa.Hawks" I contacted her with two note-cards:
"hello I have purchased: (Transaction #s) and I have clicked the lipstick appliers many times and nothing happens.
I have loaded the OMEGA HUD just in case, still nothing happens.
These colors I purchased do not apply to the lips of Gwen.
Is there a mistake I am making?"
Because the damn lipstick I bought SEPARATELY ($99L EACH) with the skin doesn't load on the mesh head.
On ANY mesh head that I own, for that matter (I have OMEGA appliers for every mesh head I own).
So if the Gwen Skin, which is OMEGA, loads on all my other mesh faces, then why doesn't the lipstick?
Here is Melissa Hawks ever so helpful reply:

And how does it working for HER help me?
I just dropped $1,097L for something that I am so far HIGHLY unsatisfied with and/or doesn't work for me.
And she doesn't know what the issue is?

If it's user error, then I feel like the creator/customer service person that is representing the BRAND (L'Etre in this case) should tell me what the USER (me) is doing wrong so it can be rectified.
"Oh well, it works for me" isn't a $1,097L solution.
In addition to wasting money on make up appliers, when I run the Head and Body in Ultra, I have this LINE ACROSS MY NECK!
In LOW settings, it's hidden. But you don't know what settings other people are running and you wanna look like a boss in your new face, RIGHT?
So I dropped a second NC:
"Also, I am wearing Lara and the Gwen applier for LOGO and when Atmospheric Shaders is applied, I have a line on my neck between head and body ... is there something wrong that I am doing as well?"
She followed up via IM:

I am a blogger. I run my images in ULTRA. I can't just "turn off ambient occlusion" ... it adds to the photo quality!
How is that a solution!?
I should be able to run my viewer in almost any windlight and/or setting and have seamless textures between the body and head.
I had to purchase a Maitreya body applier to match this head ($400L) and there is a LINE!
Again, if it's user error, EDUCATE THE USER!
Take a note from Mochi Milena (Pink Fuel) ... when I came back to Second Life after a 9 month hiatus, I couldn't figure how to apply her body applier to my SLink body/hands/feet and she told me to go get the SLink updates and THEN TELEPORTED TO MY HOUSE TO LOOK AT THE ISSUE AND OFFER HELP!
And she didn't leave until the issue was solved.
THAT is customer service.
She wasn't too damn busy that she had to send a minion.
Years ago, Vershel Iadyl (Vershe) released a skin that was NOT ready and after I called her out on it, she sent me a fixed, flawless copy.
THAT is customer service.
Basically, I can only wear this $1,497L set with friggin' turtle necks to hide the line and I'm just shit out of luck on the lipsticks.
L'Etre, step your game up and teach your reps to handle your business more effectively.
But, not that you give a hoot, you just made off with $1,500L of mine, so the joke is on me.
I'm a small time blogger, so my disappointment won't stretch very far, but regardless, I am a customer FIRST and that should mean something to a brand.
I know at least ONE reader out there has experienced crappola service and can relate, and if someone ELSE out there can tell me if it's user error and provide the service L'Etre reps CANNOT, I would forever be grateful.
