I'm suffering from social anxiety ... like I don't want to see anyone in RL, hang out, nothing.

I've gained weight since I started working from home and I'm the biggest I've ever been in my life.

I'm terrified because my dad is coming home in a couple weeks to shop for houses and when he sees me, he is gonna shit his pants.

He doesn't approve of his kiddos being heavy. So I need to emergency lose weight in 2 weeks. 

How.the.hell.am.I.gonna.do.that?
