Just found out I am returning to work next month, sometime in July.
I am depressed about this, even tho I knew it was coming.
That's why I started eating low carb again to prepare for my return, I ain't showing up to the office with all this Covid-20 weight!
So I have been at it about 2 weeks, I see no improvements but I also didn't weigh myself because I didn't want to have to kill myself after seeing the high ass number on the scale.
So, I can only base it on whether my clothes fit well again or not.
It ain't easy, eating low carb, I have tons of popcorn and chocolate in the pantry, calling out to me.
Looking forward to Friday, my cheat day.
